After your very important training and safety briefing as well as your trial on our wee adventure area, you’ll take on your chosen tree-top adventure course!
Depending on your chosen Castlewood Tree Top Challenge, you could conquer up to 40 exciting tree canopy challenges & test your head for heights. Manoeuvre balance bars, dash through dangling vines, walk the plank, and fly through the air on up to 7 exhilarating ziplines!

Castlewood Tree Top full adventure takes in all 3 areas of our high ropes course and it’s guaranteed to be an exhilarating escape!
You’ll weave your way through 40 obstacles, not to mention conquering 6 daring zip lines from a trainer teaser at 15m to your final 55m! descent zipline- this will be an aerial adventure you won’t forget!
This is most definitely the perfect thrill-seeking tree top challenge recommended for kids from 7 years + those up for the ‘big’ challenge!
Suggested time frame 1-2 hours
New for 2026, you have the chance to add on some extra thrills like our Castlewood Leap of Faith or Castlewood Climbing Wall just to really push those boundaries or aerial exhilaration!

CastleWood Tree Top MIDI Adventure
Castlewood Tree Top MIDI Adventure takes on Area 1 and 2 of our high ropes course, as well as our taster training area.
Featuring 27 fun canopy challenges, including 5 zip lines ranging from 15m to a final descent from 40ms to end your Midi challenge, we think this is a great tree top adventure for the younger (less confident) high ropes adventurer or those with a bit less time on their hands
This is most definitely an amazing way to spend a fun-filled family adventurous afternoon for our juniors and those looking to dip their toes on our woodland aerial pursuit.

CastleWood Tree Top MINI Adventure
Castlewood Tree Top MINI Adventure takes on Area 1 of our high ropes course, as well as our taster training area.
You still get an exhilarating experience, as you take on 12 high ropes obstacles from our Stair Way To Heaven, to bridges, planks, windchimes and vines to cargo net & your final descent on a 25m Zipline!
We think it’ll get you geared to come back and get swinging onto our next challenges- the Midi & Full Adventure!
MINI Adventure is recommended for kids from 5 years +, as well as for those who maybe would like to take a quick swing around the trees as a taster session. If you wish to simply have a go and see what our high ropes course has to offer- then MINI adventure is the course for you.
MINI adventure is a great introduction to all the elements you would encounter on the rest of Castlewood Tree Top Adventure!

With several obstacles including wobbly crossings, tight ropes, as well as 15m beginner zipline, we think WEE Adventure is just the first step towards our more daring Tree Top challenges
